I have a question about the Waterfall of Memories. Since it's rare to be able to choose what memories to show and also to see other characters' memories, would we need mod permission for it to happen or is it alright to use sparingly on our own?

Bonus question: could a character try to show someone else their own memories or is it a personal experience that can't be shared?
