3. Email. (But only as a last resort, such as if you have logs to send us. PM and posts enabled for comments are our preference).
Best Ways To Contact Us
Please send everything through those centralized routes above, so the mod team can stay on the same page on things and don't accidentally overlook questions. We will generally not respond to questions or crit by discord, our private plurks, pps or @ mentions to the mod plurk, or other forms of contact. We only plan to use the mod plurk for announcements and if you try to ask questions any other way we'll just redirect you.
Wait Times
For urgent crit/questions, we will try to answer back within 1-3 days to either give the answer or let you know we received your comment and that we need more time to confer over something (and we'll give you an estimate on how long we think it'll take). For less urgent issues like FAQ questions and plot requests, we ask that players give us 4 days to respond. So if you want to run a plot at a certain time, please try to get the plot to us a few days ahead of time. For apps, we ask for a max of 7 days for us to get back to players with a response.
Mod Roles
Please keep in mind that some mods only handle certain roles within the mod team. Helper mods like app mods and list mods will have very little say in plot events, game mechanics, or rules. Some main mods also may handle certain issues and not others based on comfort. For instance, Juliet will be handling plot, game mechanics, and rules issues, but not player-to-player interpersonal conflicts. If you approach a mod with an issue who does not usually serve a role that handles that kind of issue, they may potentially refer you to the mod contact so it can be handled by a mod that does.

You can use this post for logged in or anon crit/comments/questions for the mods that otherwise don't fit in the FAQ. Or for anon crit you want passed to other players that don't have an anon-enabled hmd.
